• Checked using XTools and AAST.
• In contrast with the practice of MediaWiki namespace edits counted as admin actions been followed in previous activity runs, the policy says to count only admin actions which are logged as such in the XTools adminstats, therefore this run doesn't count such edits as admin actions.
• Abuse filter, CommonsDelinker, CommonsMaintenanceBot and KrinkleBot (no admin actions each) are exempt for being bot accounts.
• Inactive administrators will be notified via talk page message and email.
