Trent B. Miracle has more than two decades of experience handling complex civil litigation. As an experienced trial lawyer, he leads Simmons Hanly Conroy’s Pharmaceutical Litigation Group.

Miracle has helped thousands of people harmed by the negligence of large companies such as pharmaceutical giants Johnson & Johnson, Bayer and Merck.

He and his team have secured close to $360 million in settlements on behalf of clients injured by dangerous drugs and medical devices. Notable pharmaceutical settlements involve Bextra, Ephedra, Ortho Evra, Vioxx and Yaz.

His leadership and expertise as a trial attorney have led federal judges to appoint him to serve on plaintiff steering committees for several multidistrict litigations involving DePuy hip replacements, Propecia, testosterone replacement therapy products and Yaz.

Miracle regularly speaks at national legal conferences. He is the founding chairman of the American Association for Justice’s Asbestos Litigation Group and co-chair of American Association for Justice’s Testosterone Therapy Litigation Group.
